At LDH Scissors, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our tools and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your scissors aren't the perfect fit for your craft, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Tools

  Carefully place the scissors in their original protective packaging and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
